What are your business hours?
Normal business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time Monday through Friday.
How will you ship my order?
We will choose the best carrier based upon the weight, the urgency, product and destination. We will certainly satisfy your requirement if you specify a carrier.
Can I get a sample?
We will provide samples for your testing and inspection for FREE. You only need to pay for the shipping and handling charges.
How do you handle international shipments?
We ship internationally on a regular basis.
Pricing: Prices are FOB Tianjin China or CIF or CFR to port of destination
Terms: Payments must be made in USD in advance unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. We can accept payment by Telegraphic Transfer or L/C.
Can I get a special mesh not listed on your website?
Absolutely, many items are available as a special order. These special orders would generally be subject to a minimum order of $500 US dollars.

Quantity Variance Policy on custom parts
Custom-made parts are subject to a +/- 10% quantity shipping variance unless otherwise arranged. Once custom-made discs are in process, they may not be canceled.
