Technical note: generally uses high quality low carbon steel wire welded then with surface treatment, surface treatment can be divided into the following kinds:

1. PVC  coated, PVC dinpping, PVC spraying.

2. Galvanized processing, can be divided into two kinds, Gal.after welded,Gal before welded. Difference can be found at the welded spot  

3. Galvanized and can be divided into cold Gal. (electro Gal.) and hot-dipped Gal

Welded wire mesh USES: building site protect nets, interior wall insulation nets, exterior wall plaster nets, corn enclosure nets, mink breeding net,security fence, machine protecion, Gabion , explosion-proof cage, etc.

The buyers should tell us your requirements as follows:

1) material: low carbon iron wire, galvanized wire, galvanized drawing wire, stainless steel wire

2) surface treatment: galvanized, PVC coated (tell us the color, wire dia before PVC coated, wire dia after coated)

3) The aperature ( the unit: mm or inches)

Welded wire mesh net weight calculation formula:

1) square hole: wire diameter 2 X denominator/molecular X long X width / 2

For example: 1/2 "X1/2" 0.08 mm * 1 m * 15 m

(0.8 mm) 2 x2x1mx15m / 2 = 9.6 kg

2) long hole: wire diameter 2 X (denominator ₁ / molecular ₁ + denominator _{2 /} molecular ₂) / 2 X long X width / 2

For example: 1 "x1/2" 0.08 mm * 1 m * 15 (0.8 mm) 2 x (1 + 2) / 2 x1x15/2 = 7.2 kg
